I'm dehydrating and I can't stop!!
So far, jerky.
In the dehydrator now, pineapple chips and banana chips.
Tomorrows project: sweet potato chips, pear chips and apple chips.
Soon, Mango lime fruit roll ups.
I think you guys are covered for snacks. Not sure how much Jerky will make it. My daughter can't walk through the kitchen without taking a few pieces. Timberrr and I seem to have the same problem.

Doing some pineapple now, Olddog got me hooked on that. Made up some shine, blueberry and Apple pie if anyone wants a beverage.

I'd be careful about that, being in the liquor industry, I happen to know one of the FTA members attending is a Florida ABT agent, and not a very nice guy.

It is store bought (vodka with some fruit and cinnamon added) not home brewed. I'm a LEO also so no stills here lol. I can see with how that was typed how you drew that conclusion. I'll just bring a six pack of my favorite German beer : )

Oh, sorry Moonshiner! Didn't mean to imply you were doing anything illegal. You can slap me around if you like! The guy in question is a hardnose inspection agent, he shut down one of the stores I was servicing because a case of Capt. Morgan came in missing the front labels. We had the case in the backroom, but shut us down because of "lack of visible proof markings".
No worries, that made me think about other issues like open container and the like, easier to just stick to my beer then it's easy peasy : )
