So three things to coordinate would be accommodation, as in the site with Marcia, the porta potty because the bathrooms will be closed, and firewood. Has someone fronted the money for the porta potty and wood for past hangs? There is also the raffle. Anything else? Is there a fee for the site or does the donation to the friends of Grayson highlands cover that so to speak?

I can't remember about the money being fronted. Marcia will totally help. I will donate if there is a raffle.

I used to be a somebody, now I just camp.
I fronted the money for the PortaPotty a couple of years ago, but I think the park arranged for it last year. Slowhike has been in touch with the park more than anyone else, so he may have suggestions for you. Ranger Marceia Holland has been a big help every year. She's on HF, too.
Sign-up sheet and details about the hang are on the way. Will get posted as soon as final arrangements complete. Stay tuned!
Yes, we're just waiting for confirmation on the dates from the park before we post the announcement and organizing thread. They need to check their calendar. HomeRun is doing a great job checking in with the park.
People could help me by trying the Google speadsheet. Let me know if it works for you.

The link does not work for my iPad but works for my desktop PC and my iMac. HomeRun could post to it too. Someone smarter than me will have to tell me how to fix it for my iPad. Sharing choice I picked on Google Docs is editing by anyone (don't have to even be logged in). Weird because I've created documents in the past that worked on my iPad.
