I have been eyeballing one of those for my chair. Would like to hear some reviews on it.

Who makes this chair underquilt. My wife and I have Helinox chairs and this would be a great addition for cool nights.

Saw the other threads. Just wanted to say that this is what I want for Xmas from my girlfriend. I'll have to tell her not to get the sewing machine now

    very cool
fun to see the travel chair in there with that did not realize it was a bit taller than the helinox ?
have been debating about putting longer legs on my helinox ? plus I know they are coming out or were working on a high back model
(looked at that Joey chair on the site super cool feet for these best feet idea I have seen yet)

which one is your favorite ?
great idea to keep the seat a bit warmer when your front is warm from the fire and your back side is cold

we have 4 helinox we use camping with the family
one thing I did was replace the stock feet with golf balls while not for the light folks we car camp kept them from digging into soft ground also they fit in the stock bag and fit as tight as the stock so nothing to take on and off

the other fun thing with these was making a headrest
used some large bilge pump hose on the bottom with a hole drilled in it for the legs and a hole for the tip of the hiking poles
then some velcro around the top of the chair poles to hold the hiking poles on and against it and the stock bag makes the head rest actually have fallen asleep with this head rest on its so comfy
only thing I do not like about the stock form is lack of head support

ckmaui My first chair was the REI flex and it had shoulder squeeze then someone on HF did a review on camp chairs and they like the Helinox because it was wider and had less shoulder squeeze. I found the Helinox on sale and got it. It's more comfortable than the REI lots more! Then I found the Travel Chair which is taller and easier for me to get up and down in (screwed up back) but it's sits you up straighter and don't lean back as far. So the question was which is my favorite? The Helinox is the most comfortable to me, but my friend Skippy likes the Travel Chair for him he likes the seating up better. I have not tried Wilderness Logics camp chair but it looks the same as the Helinox even got the same carry bag? But cost less!

I ready like the golf balls as the feet, we have the same problem with the legs sinking in the ground, I also like the ideal of the headrest you came up with! I'm going to steal that ideal on my next camping trip! Thanks
My new little Owl Cozy is my favorite piece of gear! Now if I can just remember to pack my camp chair, I forgot it last weekend and had to seat on the ground! Damit!

Missy Lou good luck getting your pet out of this chair with the Owl Cozy on it!

Guys you will love this little UQ I'm just trying to spread the word because I think it's worth spreading! I've got just about every camp chair made and I believe one of these chairs with the little UQ for the size and weight and most comfortable on the market can't be beat!

    Steal away
Did a youtube vid comparing rei to helinox has about 25k views
For sure dif chairs agree on squeeze
My next mod is to get some easton 1/2" poles on line for taller sitting
The headrest thing i tried a ton of ideas the large bilge hose or any large hose woked best
The fact many have poles and the bag spread woks is kinda one of those cool coincidences

Plan on trying some easton tent Poles for the headrest someday as the poles make it tippy

Quilt and headrest will be nap time
If you need more closeup pics let me know

Used 1/2" bit 2/3 the way in on the golf balls hey are on there nice tight
Saw some other mode but all of them had you taking on or off things prefer simple no parts to loose
