    That Didn't Last Long

    So,

    Hello everyone again.

I recently purchased a Grand Trunk Ultralight, in hopes to "DIY" some modifications to it. I soon realized in the fact that I woudl have to spend the money on the Sewing Machine, Amsteel, Rings, Straps, ect.,etc, that economically speaking of course it would be better for me to just buy a BlackBird. For reasons purely based on economics

Actually The GTU is a great product, I didnt get to use it in the feild but did hang out in it for about an hour.

My wife then told me I better order a BB and a tarp and get what I want.

I then gave it to my Father for a retirement gift, and called Brandon...

I also have a OES Deluxe comming in sil.

I cant wait untill I can get out there with the gear. I am looking to Labor Day weekend right now.

Thank you everyone for your help..

And to Animal Control.. thank you especially again for setting up your hammocks for me to see.

Good luck on your Labor Day weekend hang. We should all agree to have a sip of our favorite beverage from our hammocks at an agreed upon time. To celebrate all the labor of setting up our hammocks.

    No problem...happy to help

As to your not wanting to invest in a sewing machine...you'll do that later anyway!
We need to get out soon...I might get out for a short overnighter this weekend (I have a new pack I want to try out! )
