Ordering from Dutch..I am speechless...

yep good turn around, on my last order I placed I got a shipping notice via email 9 mins after placing order!!!!!!!!

This really does my heart good. From the very beginning the business model has been streamline shipping and customer service. It could very well go unnoticed. Thank you everyone, you keep it going. It makes me want to do more. There have been some times we have dropped the ball lately. You make it easy to pick it up again and run.

With so many praise threads created (good problem for Dutch), I don't want to clog up his subforum with another, but I also had an incredible experience. Lots of help with my order and near instant shipping! I even called and got the man himself on the phone! I felt like I was talking to a celebrity!

We are truly lucky to have such a generous, innovative benefactor of our favorite hobby!!

Me too pretty much best experience ever. Ordered from Dutch one week after another DIY order from elsewhere and it still shipped up two days before my other order. Talk about blowing the other guys out of the water!

Same experience here over the last couple of years. I always look forward to placing an order with Dutch. Come to think of it, it is getting to be that time again. The wife is going to need some speed hooks for the new WB Ridge Runner that will be under the tree for her.

Like everyone has said all Dutch and his people are great to work with and his customers service is second to none. And on another note going to his shop is like being a kid in a candy store and always a fun time. Thanks to everyone at Dutchware gear.
