HammockGear 0°F Incubator UQ + 4 oz overstuff

I just don't need an underquilt this warm ...

What we have here is an unused HammockGear 0°F Incubator UQ + 4 oz overstuff.

    - Outer Color: Argon 67 Black
    - Inner Color: Black
    - Length: Standard
    - Overfill: 4 oz (25% overstuff)
    - Total Weight: 30.3 oz

I'm thinking that this is probably among the warmest and lightest full-length sub-zero underquilts that money can buy. With the 25% overstuff, I'm thinking it should take you well below minus 10°F.

This is totally new/unused. Stored uncompressed in smoke-free, pet-free home. Has the current updates.

    New, this goes for $315 + $10 shipping = $325.

I'm offering it for 5% off the new price: $308.75 shipped to CONUS. My understanding is that HG is really swamped at the moment. I can ship this thing out to probably arrive before Christmas if you buy it soon.

I would like to see what the UQ looks like, especially with the additional 4 ounces of down. Also, what size when stuffed into it's sack?

Don't have a digital camera. Stock photos of Incubators should be adequately representative (just imagine more puffy -- due to the 25% overfill). It came packed in a black 18" x 9" x 3" nylon stuff sack. I just packed it in there and it makes basically a cylinder that is about 16" long and 8" in diameter.

How tall are you? I have been thinking of purchasing a down under quilt for my Clarke NX 250 to use on dry trips in place of the Clarke UQ but not sure yours is long enough.
    I am a tall 6-2 nearly 6-3.

Long is REALLY long in my experience

    I'm 6' 1.5".

According to the HG website: The Standard length Incubator 0° is long enough to generously cover most hammock campers up to about 6’ 2"

I've used both the standard length and the long Incubator (and just to be clear, the one for sale here is the Standard length). I find that, when diagonal, the Standard length Incubator has LOTS of room beyond my feet (i.e., it is materially longer than I require). When I used the Long Incubator, I found it to be outrageously long (i.e., kind of comically long). HOWEVER, note that when I sleep in a gathered-end hammock, I tend to position myself such that the head end of the underquilt is under my neck (thus, my head is insulated by my pillow, NOT the underquilt). From pics I've seen, it appears that some (many? most?) other folks position their bodies further down on the UQ such that their entire head is over the underquilt. IF you do the former (i.e., like me), I'm thinking that the standard may suit you quite well. But if you do the latter, maybe the long may serve you somewhat better. Also note that, if you tend to be more diagonal, rather than less, you should be able to comfortably use a somewhat shorter UQ than otherwise necessary.
