The mail truck arrived today with my new Wilderness Logics regular top quilt.
The stitching is superb; the fleece condensation patch is really comfortable; the new Mocha color is a rich and vibrant brown that will go great with my UQ. Really, really pleased with this purchase. did the quick inspection now and will open it for use after Christmas Day.
Let me also say what great customer service I got from WL. I emailed Marty and told him that I was looking for a new TQ to go with a UQ that I had gotten several years ago; I figured that I wanted to match my 20 degree quilts as close as I could in terms of color.
WITHIN 20 MINUTES HE HAD EMAILED ME BACK LETTING ME KNOW THAT THEY HAD SOME NEW FABRIC THAT WAS A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT SHADE FROM WHAT THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY USED. WITHIN AN HOUR HE HAD AGREED TO SEND ME SWATCHES OF BOTH THE OLD AND NEW SO THAT I COULD MATCH IT AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE. THE NEXT MORNING HE HAD AN ENVELOPE IN THE MAIL SO THAT I COULD MAKE A GOOD DECISION.
It reminds me of the song we hear this time of year=="although it's been said many times, many ways"==Wilderness Logic rocks!
