WTB backpacks, Large frame, Bridge Hammocks

Items are purchased. I have two family members that are ready to start backpacking and hanging. If you have any old backpacks about 3500 to 4500 cubic inches and in large frames, please let me know. They are also looking for bridge hammocks.

I have a Mountainsmith Chimera that is large frame and an old REI blue pack that I'm not sure of size. Make me an offer for both and they're yours.

It's not a bridge, but I have an HH Expedition with snakeskins, if you're interested.

What is the cubic inches of the packs? I am interested. Thanks, Mule

Put a price on the packs and the hammock.

I've got a new with tags Osprey Aether 60, men's large, emerald green. I'd sell it for 175 shipped.

I want to thank all of you for your help on this, but my son, Jake's father in law and brother in law are both on fixed incomes, one in college and one retired, so I am trying to find some old clunkers to get them started as cheap as I can. I wouldn't want to give anyone less than what an item is worth, but they are really trying to get started cheap, about a hundred bucks each. I am giving each of them one of my bridges, they can get their own spreader bars, I am give each of them a suspension system, and pads to sleep on in their hammocks. They are buying the $29 Sportsman's Guide 12 x 12 tarp and they are buying some lightweight, small, Wal-Mart type sleeping bags. So I figure that will leave about $50 each for an old pack. Thanks again everyone. Mule

Mule... what is the plan? 2-3 days out? A quick periodic overnight? The big box stores have some really inexpensive external frame packs that might be ok for periodic short duration. I would hate to saddle someone with one of those for even a week long trek. But a quick out and in might be servicable for what they are. If you can't mooch anything else it might be worth thinking about.

Unfortunately I got rid of all my stuff like that a while ago.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.
