    How to adjust UQP

I have a new UQP from 2QZQ. I'm not really sure how it should be adjusted. Does it need to be fairly snug up against the UQ? Seeing as how there is normally nothing but open air underneath my UQ, I don't see where it would matter if there is an air gap between the UQ and the UQP, but you never know. Any advice would be appreciated.

You can see me adjusting mine in the video below at 5:50 (should start there when you click it)
It can be loose or fairly snug up...weather and UQ dependent. Mine is the rip-stop breathable.
