    Seam Sealing the Superfly

The Mrs. generously got me a Superfly and an Edge for my birthday!

I got some SilNet out and applied it just to the stitching on the inside of the tarp, and tried it over our weekend's downpour. Apparantly what I did was not enough. The black fabric on the inside of the tie outs was soaked.

So, after I let it dry out, I'm considering applying sil-net to the outside stitching, but before I do this, I thought I'd seek the advice of the hive mind.

    Thanks!

Thanks that helps.. I have one coming in soon so it's good to know now before I get it set up in the rain. I really like the mitten hook idea.

I only sealed the inside of mine but nothing wrong with doing both sides.
