I'm happy to find this forum!
I'm from Somerset in south west England. I've spent the last few months in India, Sri Lanka and Australia and I'm totally new to hammocking, so new I haven't done any yet, but very familiar with outdoor living and camping. So I'm looking firstly for equipment advice - the lighter and smaller the better - I'm lucky enough to be heading off to Hawaii in a couple of months, starting from here in eastern Australia via the South Pacific.. Hopefully hammocking my way around the islands...
