    My coolest diy hammock yet

I have been making my own hammock gear for awhile, but this hammock is my favorite so far. Its a combination of several features and xtrekers diy video.

Thanks, the hammock body is made from 1.9 ripstop from hancocks fabric and the bug net is sheer curtain scarf from the Walmart.

That looks fantastic! Love the bug net. One question. I have made a couple of hammocks from that same fabric from my local Hancock. Later, I ordered some 1.9 oz ripstop from Ripstop by the Roll. I thought they got my order wrong because their fabric was so different from the Hancock fabric. Did you weigh the Hancock fabric? I also thought it was 1.9 oz but after 4 orders from RSBTR I am not so sure. It seems heaver than RSBTR's and certainly has a different finish. The people at my local Hancock store are very nice but they do not seem to know much about the specs of the material. Again, great looking setup!

Nice looking hammock. Is the bug net completely removable or just zip down to a stuff sack at an end?

Nice one. I'm gonna check out the shear curtains and see how they are for myself. Any materials locally available is a bonus.
