Hello all! I've been lurking for a little bit, made an account and now I'm finally introducing myself. New to hanging, but already excited about leaving the ground and elevating my perspective! I've been a backpacker since I was 13, and a camper since my mother trusted me to be out of her sight.
So, that said I've started buying some gear so I can hang effectively. Just received my Dutchware PolyD hammock today (and darn near fell asleep in it while testing it in my basement...). So yeah, I'm already addicted to dutch bling. I also have a Kelty Noah's Tarp 12, and will likely be looking for a lighter tarp for warmer hangs.
I know the Cincinnati area is well represented here, so I look forward to making some new friends and hopefully joinign some group hangs in the near future.
