Hey all.
So it seams that there is more and more talk and confusion about what 4 season, 3 season and so on actually means and what you're getting for your dollar as it relates to different temp ratings from various companies. So in an effort to try and help make it as clear as possible what you get from AHE when you order one of our quilts I worked up a new Temperature comfort range chart last week. I posted it to the KAQ main page in the store as soon as it was done but with all the talk today I thought it would be good to post it here.

So this is for all KAQ models. The cool end of the spectrum number is where we would have listed the rating in the past but I felt it would help some to also be able to get a perspective on how warm you can go without overheating and needing to vent.
In more and more discussions many folks tend to believe that 4 season is meant as year round and I wanted to make it clear that most folks are not going to want a 4 season quilt for more than the colder months of the year. 4 season is technically the same range of temps that you see in 1 season quilts but shifted to the cold side rather than the warm side of the temp range that UQ's are effective for.
Hope this helps some but please holler if it brings up any questions at all.
Paul @ AHE
