Well, I ordered the Jarbidge. Now for the agonizing wait. I'm so impatient.

Good choice. I'm a little late to the party, but I've put mine in a compression sack and had it down to roughly 5 inches high X 8in diameter. It probably isn't the best way to carry it though- I'm still trying to work that part out.

It really is nicely compressible for a synthetic and provides great coverage. I love mine.

When I put my quilts into my pack, the under quilt just goes in sans stuff sack, the top quilt is in it's stuff sack. Good choice on your quilt. Paul does great work and I recommend him when some anyone needs a quality quilt at an affordable price. I have a 40 degree Jarbidge on my indoor hammock now and had a 30 degree New River when I first started. I do miss my New River and Owyhee.
