FYI, we could probably use another main course/side dish saturday night. Friday night is looking good though! Sundays breakfast could use a bit of help also but Saturday is looking good. Things are shaping up.
Hey, we are going to need charcoal for all the DO cooking. I am bringing some but I know it is not going to be enough, especially since I have folks wanting to use my DOs. Speaking of which, for the guys who asked about using my DOs, or anyone new to DOs, I know we have a few newbys this trip. It may behoove you to order yourself some liners on Amazon. Rule of thumb, bread stuff can use paper liners, you can get them at walmart, in the camping section. Anything soupy or runny needs actual foil liners and they have to be ordered. Amazon is the best place. If you are using my DO's, I have 10 and 12 inchers. Mainly 12. The lodge paper liners are "one size fit all" bu the foil have to be ordered to fit your exact DO.

BTW..just got meself a pipe for puffing around the campfire at night. Just a regular one..we only need one wizard pipe to rule them all 😜. Got an oz of wild cherry and an oz of butter rum. Love to try some other flavors from those better versed.

I truly hate to do it , but regretfully we will not be able to make this trip. Honestly I was looking forward to meeting the Va folks that I haven't, and catching up with those that I haven't seen in far too log, as well as giving back to the park. Could someone please remove me from the spread sheet.

Well, we all hate to see Brad go, with his extended family and their long anticipated "hammock stacking" demonstration.

Not to mention, the little ones are the life of the party! LOL
