I'm hoping to make this one for one night, just not sure yet which night. Hopefully Sat night when all the good Dutch Oven and BBQ cooking is going on! I'm sitting here right now trying to talk my wife into going, as she is saying "You're going to leave me all alone again?"! I am offering to set her up in a tent with thick air mattress, as I can't yet talk her into a hammock. BB: isn't your RV capable of boondocking for at least 1 night? Of couse, the gas to bring it might be an issue, but I'm thinking one night shouldn't be too much of an issue.
Wish I could be there, but still too far away for a weekend jaunt out there.

It would indeed, if we filled the fresh water tanks, which we have never even bothered with so far. Hauling the gas is normal, that is not a part of hook ups any way. Electricity would be greatly limited, we don't have a generator, so we would only be covered until the battery died. But yeah, it could be done.
It is just a little far for you for just a weekend! You will be missed!
