Standard cinch buckle, lots of folks here use them. A bit on the heavy side, but very easy to use and very popular.

A while back I made a diy cinch buckle for rope. worked pretty well but was hard to make since I was using stainless steel. Maybe someone should make an aluminum one.

IMPOSSIBLE JUST TAKES LONGER
I use the cinch buckles mod on my ENO as per the instructions posted by Angrysparrow and JustJeff. Love em. Easy. Have had no slippage issues. "Heavier", but a few grams for simplicity.....I take simplicity.
I put webbing and cinch buckles on my Hennessy. Love 'em!
