I have a camping event planned for Feb 20-22 and while it isn't a hammock specific trip it is hammock friendly (many of us will be hanging) is this appropriate to list in the regional thread for my area? Or is it limited to hammock only events?

I see no reason you couldn't put your camping event in the Hangout Campouts and Trip Planning. I don't think its hammock only.
I would specify when you post it that it is not a hammock specific.
