Hello all. I hail from Florida, and I am pleased to make your acquaintance.

I became interested in hammocks by researching shelters for a future AT thru hike (hopefully in 2017), and recently bought a WBBB and Yeti. A lot of people on my college campus also hang around. It is becoming a nice little community here. So far, the extent of my hammock experience is hanging on campus and a couple of camping trips. On one of those occasions I froze my butt off in a warm weather sleeping bag and one inch pad during a 30 degree night. Which is cold to my Florida skin. However, more adventures are to come!
