ALERT, ALERT, ALERT I am going to need some cooler space. I'm going to have about 30lbs of beef and pork, 12 lbs of chicken, 9 dz eggs, 7 lbs of bacon, 18 sticks of butter, 19 cans of biscuits, 15 cups of cheese, 60 corn nibbletts, and assorted prepped things I'll need to keep cold. My 2 coolers won't hold all of it I'm sure. I'll need to spread it out. If you have a cooler I can borrow that would be great, if not maybe some cooler space.

I want to let everyone know that the bathrooms will be cleaned and spruced up by your hosts. Please let the ladies you may be bringing know that we will try to provide a clean and comfortable environment in the bath house. Lavendar will be used to try and deter any friendly bugs. Hopefully no one is allergic to it. Plenty of soap will be provided for hand washing and showers. Shampoo and conditioner will be provided as well. Both for guys and gals. As long other campers don't ruin our efforts, I believe it will be a nice experience.

I would say to toss a couple beer-can chickens into the mix for those who don't eat pork, but this park doesn't allow alcohol...

I think the beer can chicken Wraith suggested sounds good. You good with doing 2 of those? I'll get the chickens if you are. Can we cook them with Corona?

Smoked chicken is awesome! That smoker has plenty of room for 2. The skin will be rubbery unless we find a way to crisp it up after smoking (dutch oven deep fry/bake?), or we could just pull it off.

I wasn't doing any lunches for everyone, but If you're heating up the smoker can I put some sausages on for me and KingsFord?

I plan on firing up the smoker around 4am (the right way to wake up), and leave it going all day. If y'all want to put anything on it go right ahead.

Good-Ness!!! I personally can't help you on cooler space, but I have some friends that might come. I'll let them know to bring an empty cooler. We can make an ice run when you get there like I did last year.
