I've used whoopies and UCR's for quite awhile (never made my own, however).
Well I have an unused set (that I picked up from another HF'er who made them) made from dynaglide. Just now I went outside and larksheaded them onto spliced loops (dynaglide also) which were on my hammock. When I load the hammock w/my skinny butt, the bury doesn't hold - sometimes the head end slides, sometimes the foot.
I've milked the bury tight, checked and re-checked, to no avail. The bury is about 5.5", which should be sufficient, from what I gather.
Whatcha think? Please tell me I just missed the obvious - I have daughters so I no longer have any pride.
Thank you for the help.
