    Cool hey everyone

i've been a member here for a while and have posted some but realized i've never introduced myself.

i'm from Alabama and i just got back into camping about 2 years ago and then sometime last year got into hammocks.

I started off with a Grand Trunk Skeeter Beeter Pro as my go to hammock and then bought a Grand Trunk Ultralight to have one without a net on it to just lay in around the house when i didn't need a bug net. my second piece of gear i bought for my hammock (and tent camping) is the Grand Trunk Bamboo sleep sack (which is one of my favorite piece of gear). one camping trip i somehow managed, still not sure how it happen, fell backwards out of the skeeter beeter while sitting and landing on my back on the ground ending up ripping the bug net. it was late when it happen and the next day we had to go get me a new bug net (a must in the summer months of Alabama), so we drove to a store to get the Grand Trunk bug net and ending up getting the bug net and an ENO Doublenest. i've been using either the ENO Atlas straps or the Kammock Python straps for my suspension.

Since joining this site i have bought a 11' Dutch Argon grey hammock, 11' Dutch NylonD burnt orange hammock, Hammock Gear Incubator 20* with 1oz overstuff, a UQP from 2QZQ, Kelty Noah12 and just ordered a whoopee suspension system from dutch. my next piece of gear i will be getting is a Hammock Gear Borrow, right now i just use a 20* sleeping bag as my TQ until i get the extra money to buy the HG TQ.

I have even had someone make me (i can't sew) a DIY double ended stuff sack for my Noah12 out of PolyD from Dutch

i know some of my stuff is a lot of weight (i.e. the Grand Trunk bug net and Kelty Noah12) but i car camp so weight isn't an issue for me. if i ever decide to do a hiking trip i will invest in a lighter tarp and bug net.

I like to thank everyone on this site for all the great information i have learn because i'm not sure i would have figured some of it out without this site.

before i ended this wanted to post a picture of all my hammock gear
