I am personally looking forward to how it works up there.

I certainly hope so. Remember that this one is a custom piece and my normal design is only rated to 30F to be more versatile in warmer weather.

Last night i did no tarp with about a 15mph wind: it got around 19 with wind and had to use a 30 degree top quilt. This was with shorts and a tshirt and was really Warm. Hope to get some single digits in the coming days to really test it without the tarp.

Integrated UQ? Huh. Is it temperature sensitive, like if it works at 30* will it be too hot at 65*? I really like the idea and you've done a great job FIMB.

Thank you. I do feel a sense of pride with my work. This unit is temperature sensitive; I wouldn't take it above 35F or 40F.

My 30F hammocks have been slept in up to 80F with 90% humidity with no TQ.

Hopefully you'll get the single digits you need for testing in the next few days. I'm sure FIMB has put in a request for cold temps and snow for next week end on RHK.

It performed great. I'm going to send it back to get a net added. With the winter it's nice to have a net to keep it all enclosed
