    John Rock Cat Gap Dayhike

Had a Spring-like day this week.
    Perfect for a dayhike!

We hiked about three miles, clockwise up Cat Gap Loop trail; setup our hammocks in the enchanted forest for some lollygagging, sunning, and hot cocoa; then completed the loop with a waterfall side-trip - off-trail.

Wanted to share a warm and sunny day with our snow-bound friends

... still need a DIY steadyCam...
Sorry, the walking portions of this one are brought to you by shaky-cam
    ;(

Some day i may go back and correct the typos!!

Nice video. Actually started to do the exact same thing Sunday but ended up at the base of looking glass helping a climber with a broken ankle.

I'm drawn to the open country. Its where the world makes the most sense. When I put myself out there I always return with something new.

Ya, it was a Spring-like day last weekend.
