Hey everybody,
I have another couple of questions.
I just finished my second DIY hammock... A 1.55 epsilon over 1.1 with pad opening! This thing is really comfortable! Ill post pics in the DIY section tonight
Anyway, I want to use a poncho liner as a top quilt but need some help...I am wanting to sew up a foot box and leave the end open with a draw string to open/close depending on warmth.
When tying the poncho liner ties (bottom two sets) it turns out to be a good looking shape, but awful wide at the top. I think I can cut it down and lighten it up but don't have any guidelines to go by.
Has anyone sewn up a top quilt on here with a poncho liner? (searching brings up tons and tons of underquilts)....
Does anybody have a template or guide for sewing up a topquilt in a taper?
Thanks for your help!
