PA > 2015 Spring MAHHA April 24-26th Official Planning Thread

The Good, I just finished laying out a 100+ Name tags and will be sending out PM’s starting now. I will start printing/cutting/laminating as soon as I get some "thumbs-up" PM's back.

The Bad, I have to set a hard deadline of this Thursday at Noon for requests because I have to ship the tags down on Friday morning.

The Ugly, I’m going to miss my first Spring MAHHA since 2012, for bitter/sweet reasons, I can’t make it down this year.

Bitter at first because my previously approved vacation request was revoked, I’ve been “in negotiations” to get the time back but it wouldn’t have changed anything… the “/sweet” happened on Saturday when my rock climbing daughter had an awesome comp and made Provincials (similar to State), the Provincials competition is being held in Toronto on April 25th, I couldn't bear not being there for her!! Would anyone happen to have an extra hammock i could use. I have another coming with me who is looking to convert from tent to hammock. But i only have one spare that my brother is going to be using. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't even wait for an answer. Most are driving in and will bring extra gear. Also, several vendors will be there and will bring extra to show and tell. I wouldn't worry about it.

You made the obvious right choice. There will be more MAHHAs. Congrats to your daughter and thanks for a great job with the name tags! You will be missed.
