Anyone know a good source for fleece?

I'm looking to make some cold weather gear (~30's) for my wife. Thinking about a hammock sock, or at least a tq/uq.
Id love to get my hands on some polartec material, but fabric in the lower price ranges are acceptable also....hint hint😉
Wind proof and breathable is preferable and water resistance is nice but not as important.
