Does anyone know how to contact Brandon via phone I just tried to make an order but it failed so i tried again and it failed again now i am concerned that i have to orders coming but there is only email address on his site. PM me if you have a number i can call.
I had the same problem, I was ordering several things. I separated the custom item from the items he doesn't make and has in stock and it worked for me. I emailed him and he was in touch with me within 12 hours. Plus since two orders there were two shipping charges which he took care of immediately.
I have found WB to be responsive to emails.

placed an order by email, a few days later I wanted to make a slight change, emailed him and got a positive response within a few hours
All the gear and no idea.....
Got a hold of him everything worked out
