Is the jacket a slim fit XL or loose fit? Does it have stretch cuffs or just hemmed? I'm a full figured gal who sometimes can use men's XL if the sleeves aren't super long or have tighter cuffs.

it IS NOT a slim fit and from the top of the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff it measure 27 3/4 inches . I wouldn't call it a tight fitting cuff either my wife and I both can hold hands and stick our wrist through the cuff and it's not constricting at all. But to answer your specific question . I would call it a hem with maybe a 1/4 inch stretch to it.
