I am interested and looking forward to more frequent hangs in NC mountains.
My sister and her SO will be at Hot Springs. Introducing them to hanging can be a separate mission, but she lives in Hendersonville and hikes all over Shining Rock, Art Loeb, Looking Glass, etc. Everywhere she goes, she takes her high dollar digital camera, and always brings back lots of memories. She's got Molly Mac Pack Prototype #7, which is currently testing ultralight cinch straps.

There's alot of interest in starting a hammock group here in WNC. It's exciting to see what's taking shape.
No doubt the area is rich with good hiking spots. Perhaps, a winter hang somewhere around here might be in order. I recently completed my DIY Primaloft UQ and am anxious to test it in cold weather.
Hey Mac ... does your sister post photos to anything like Flickr? I'd love to see shots from that area. Haven't been hiking in that region in I bet 30 years.

We been visiting peaks recently. We've been to Cold Mtn and LeConte. We were talking about Mt. Mitchell, since I've never been, but haven't scheduled anything yet.
