I am attempting to cancel my order for the Spindrift and RR. I did not realize parts would fail.

I made a request to cancel my order Wednesday morning, 24 hours ago, I have not received a confirmation of my decision as yet. However the day is just beginning.

I wouldn't cancel the RR order just because of the spindrift. It's still my favorite hammock :-)

Ironfish, you might ask Brandon to reinforce those spindrift grommets so they won't pull out, rather than cancel an order. That's what I'd do...

We lengthened the Spindrift slightly to correct this issue, as far as I am aware it has not been an issue with the updated version. On the older version it would sometimes happen when the Spindrift/RR were stretched out to the max which would stress the grommet. Anybody having any issues with this should let us know, it is covered under warranty and we'll replace it with a new longer one.

Do you feel that the grommets are really needed in the first place?

I am posting this on behalf of my mother IRONFISH45.
Warbonnet Outdoors contacted IRONFISH45, graciously assisted in sorting out IRONFISH's concerns. Warbonnet Outdoors went to great lengths to take care of business and then some. I am sending this since she is currently in hospital, therefore unable to give a update on her former concerns.
