What about different storage pockets? Zilla you mentioned a beverage holder? I guessing water bottle friendly? . Are these all sewn onto the side of the hammock or are they on the RL?

I'm also very interested on a wider hammock. Been torn between a 10' wide or 11'. At 6' I feel a 10' wide could be just as good as an 11'. Any issues with knee pain or possibly the UQ not giving full coverage when spread wider?

I am 6'2" and have tried 10' hammocks. Feel uncomfortable pressure. I definitely like the 11' better.

Does anyone have both a WBBB and a dream hammock with the shelf/shelves added? is one easier to use than the other? What about reaching the shelf in an 11' hammock? (for some reason I imagine myself trying to reach it like a kid trying to climb back up a slide...)

I am leaning towards the DH with that customization added. i do not have many things to store, but I do have a few and a ridge line org is not conducive to what I need.

Great thread though, can't wait to see more pics of customizations!

My latest Tbird is an 11ft single layer in 1.6 olive HyperD AND it is 72 inches wide. The ability to get flat is amazing on a hammock this wide. http://www.dream-hammock.com/order_d...tml?order=1438

My other Tbird is the first one Randy did in the new multicam from RBTR finished width is about 70 inches http://www.dream-hammock.com/order_d...tml?order=1372
