I'm trying to compare hammock bodies (not suspension, ridgelines, etc...just the actual body material of the hammock where you lay) to determine what to look for (weight, strength, etc), but i'm not finding much to compare/contrast the various options. I want to try and get as much of an "apples to apples" evaluation as i can, figure out the math and costs and go from there, taking all of the other components of the hammock out (as much as i can to help simplify the comparison, if possible).
Does something like this exist, maybe on the DIY forum?
