down sewn through tutorial ?

Does anyone know of a tutorial or page that describes how best to handle sewn through down projects.

I wanted to buy a blackrock gear HadronS hat before they discontinued them, but I missed the email and now they are sold out!

So I'm just going to make one. I just don't fully understand how to make the sewn through baffles (with regard to keeping the down evenly dispersed) I'm assuming you sew tubes or a single direction, fill the tubs with down.. do your best to disperse and then sew them shut?

I would think it would be just that.

Of course I have only done a single Down UQ.

But I have used lots of others people work, and it would seem to me if you get just the right amount of down in each tube you should focus on shaking the snot out of the item until the down spreads evenly. And don't over stuff.
