so i have been doing some thinking about the menu for this years hang
i made some dry rub smoked pork ribs last year that seemed to go over well, so those will be on the menu again this year with maybe baked beans, potato salad and cornbread
my thought for the other night is to marinade up some wagyu skirt in fajita spice, grill some peppers, onions and tomatoes and people can make their own fajitas, with black beans/rice and some sort of salad
sound ok? thoughts?
as things get a bit closer and you know if you can make it or not would you please chime and let me know so i have an idea of the number of people i need to plan for, that would be great, thanks
