I really think any rule regarding alcohol should be specific to the event. Prohibiting alcohol at the winter hang was absolutely the right call due to the extreme cold conditions. This time, we're in mid-May on private property.
I am among those who enjoy an adult beverage while sitting around the campfire with friends. Those of you who watch my cooking videos know I often cook with alcohol. Sometimes, I even put a little in the food:-)

Weather isn't so much a factor for this one. Safety, comfort and over all thoughts for people wanting to come for the first time. This will all be discuss publicly and open at the hang so everyone can weigh in on this. I would like a mutual agreement one way or the other. Having said that I would like this discussion to happen here and not on the forum.

I need to borrow 2 UQs for my 7 and 9 year old. They are both so excited for their first official hang. I'm good with tarps, hammocks and TQs. Anyone have an extra UQ I can use Friday and Saturday night?
