Based on the inputs that I have received, I have put together this schedule for the activities...

Also, will we have a group conversation on Friday evening around 6 pm to discuss (and agree on) an alcohol policy for official NEHHA hangs. Any and all are invited to attend and join the conversation.
I look forward to seeing all of you at the hang!!

Is it wrong I'm already packed?
That would be fun ! We just have to remember to get them out of trees or shelter roofs the next day... :-) speaking from experience. Oh one of them broke on me and my daughter and quilt ,harmless but smell awful for a long time. I won't mention any names but another person in here would break them open and put them in drinks.
6 pm Friday may be a little early for some folks to participate in the discussion. I live closer to this hang than anyone. On a good night, I leave my job in Worcester at 5. Then, I'll need to stop my my house in Fitchburg to pickup my gear and change clothes. At best, I'll get there around 7.
Also, the schedule should include the hike. The carpool leaves the C.G. at 9 am Saturday.

“Because in the end, you won’t remember the time you spent working in the office or mowing your lawn. Climb that goddamn mountain.” ― Jack Kerouac
The alcohol discussion will happen Friday night when a sufficient amount of people are able to participate.
The hike will go off as mentioned above.
My high tech crappy smartish phone wont let me update the spreadsheet. There will be five of us 2 adults and the 3 kids. Were planning to bring our usual mountain man breakfast for saturday am. Enough coffee to cause the shakes in just about everyone. And kielbasa and brown sugar, or as Raifnuke likes to call it my candied meat.
I added you Joe.
I think Im going to bring a full size ham.
