Good evening everyone. This is the Official planning thread for the Spring Swing. I apologize for the delay on putting this up i just had to work on scheduling to see where this would go in the calendar. I will work on having more information for the next hang before the conclusion of this one.

With that said I am still working on the Location. Worst case scenario it will be at Chesterfield again but I am looking at another two locations first. Any suggestion would be accepted. The dates however are firm. I will post more up as I have them but I wanted to post this up so that everyone can plan accordingly.

I believe that we will be working on a $5.00 cost per person. If it is at Chesterfield again then there may be an additional $5.00 cost for the wood like we did at the winter hang. Everyone thought that worked out well. With that said the Chesterfield location is a last resort. Keep your attention here for further information

Like I said Tully lake,is really nice but it may be too late for that now. Ashby can always take all of us at anytime and Chesterfield is fine too.

Subscribed. I really want to make this hang. Chesterfield is about a 4.5 hr drive for me in WNY. Obviously the planning doesn't revolve around me, but my vote would be for something further west. I can't really offer any suggestions on locations since I just moved here from Colorado. Looking forward to it!

Now that we finally have the planning thread up, it is time for us to decide on a charity to support with the proceeds of the raffle. Please post your suggestions in this thread. Some charities that we have supported in the past include Dana Farber Cancer Research, Celiac disease research, Boston Strong, and the Boy Scouts of America.
