Hey guys,
i want to change the suspension on my Clark nx 150 to this bb type carabiner webbing suspension. Anyone know where I can get buckles like the new warbonnet buckles?
My blackbird has the new buckles and I LOVE THEM!

I also recieved a new WBBB + summer yeti for my wife, it has these buckles too-first thing i did:
1. remove the suspension - all the webbing + buckles
2. apply 16 feet of amsteel via larks head to hammock suspension
3. make whoppie slings!
yay, now its way lighter, around 24oz.
I do not like these type of buckles. Over time they wear your straps and they start to fray.
Fray has never been reported as a long term problem with cinch buckles.

just got my blackbird in yesterday with these new buckles. being a noob and all i didn't tie anything off infront of them i just sat in the ahmmock and bounced around a bit to see how it felt. they didn't slip at all and i passed out(fell asleep) after messin around in there for so long. by the way i weigh 310 pounds... nice buckles...
yeah, i talked to hogg tyed, he does indeed have the common steel square cinch-buckles, and those are the ones that slipped, i'm going to send him these and see if they slip or hold at his weight which is a good bit more than you, so we'll see after he tries the new ones. i found them not to slip, but only loaded them to around 300 or so.
I love the new buckles, and am anxiously awaiting the new buckles WBG has in development for replacements on all of my BB's, and probably on my Clark as well.
I saw that onrope has a similar buckle, and ordered a set to try out until WBG releases his new ones. Size is wrong, though (1-3/4" instead of 1") - but I'm going to try them anyway.
DON"T BUY THE ONROPE BUCKLES _ TOO HEAVY!
