    Hike out of MAHHA

I am planning a hike out of MAHHA from Pine Grove down to Gathland State Park. We (TwoTents and myself) are planning 7 days, Sunday thru Saturday and hiking 10+ miles a day with the last day being a 5 mile day.

4/26 - Pine Grove ==> Birch Run Shelter
4/27 - Birch Run Shelter ==> Caledonia State Park
    4/28 - Caledonia S.P. ==> Tumbling Run Shelter
4/29 - Tumbling Run ==> Raven Rock Shelter
4/30 - Raven Rock ==> Pogo Memorial Campsite
5/1 - Pogo Mem. Camp. ==> Rocky Run Shelter
5/2 - Rocky Run Shelter ==> Gathland State Park

The only thing that is in stone in this schedule is the start location and the end location….we may go shorter or longer on all the days in the middle depending on our mood and weather.

The more the merrier as long as you are a merry person

How is the ride back to PGF working out? Is there a plan on shuttling someone's car, or paying for a return shuttle? If you'd prefer to do this via PM that's fine as well.

I believe we will have two cars (so far) down at Gathland. We will figure out how to get everyone where they need to go.

Sounds good. If I am able to make it I would be willing to shuttle. Also I may not be at Mahha till Saturday, just as a fyi.

I'm going to look at the map and hide some grub for me and Ben at a road crossing. I'll do it on the shuttle set up over the weekend at some point.
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.

Ok, it's looking like as of now if I am able to make the hike I won't be at Mahha till Saturday. If you figure out which road before hand let me know at Mahha.

    Hello

This would be a good opportunity to do the next SOBO section of the AT.
Have hiked from Caledonia to PineGrove, ( yet the trail will be seen from the other direction ).

Just noticed this hike announcement today.
Have to figure out some family details.

    Anticipation has already begun.
