    Yeah rain is loud, but leaving the doors flapping in windy conditions will drive you up the wall. Tried that once.

    Too loud to sleep without earplugs loud? I am considering upgrading from a superfly to a cuben hg with doors for my colorado trail thru hike. I wish I knew someone who had one that I could sit underneath in a rainstorm...

    It's really not that bad. I never would have given it a second thought if I hadn't read the complaint on this forum. You won't be disappointed with the tarp.
