Cinch Bugs on camo Webbing now available at Dutchwaregear.com

I made a new titanium cinch buckle. It is called the Cinch Bug. It is the lightest hammock cinch buckle to date. Also it is really easy to adjust because the slider is external and has tiny finger grips so you can easily pull apart and position it to where you want it. It also is the most versatile one yet because it works with a continuous loop for a complete webbing suspension or a with whoopee sling as an adjustable hugger. Furthermore it can be used for a gathered end hammock or a bridge hammock. For a Bridge hammock it connects the apex of the triangle so not only is it removable so you can store you wet suspension separately, but you can also easily undo you triangle to put your hammock sock on. It is available with 8 and 15 foot camo Webbing at this time. There are also options to purchase Whoopee Slings, Continuous loops and Sewn On Dutch Clips. I also think you will find the price point on this new suspension to fit anyone's budget.

Wow, those look awesome! You might want to check your site though, looks like they're only available with kevlar webbing...

hrm, so the dropdown does now say camo webbing instead of kevlar. ... Will these be available with the kevlar webbing, or does it not hold as well with that style? Or waiting for more testing first before that happens?

Only been thinking about it for a few minutes, but I'm liking the idea of getting a pair of those cinch bugs on kevlar webbing with sewn in dutch clips for each. (...along with a few more things, because apparently the last several orders didn't get All The Things I Want. Plus you keep coming out with new stuff!)
Gotta make things difficult for you Dutch! :P

How about cinch bugs alone with no webbing?

This product has been in development for quite some time. Kevlar is a real new product. Because Kevlar is so thin and soft it can twist and go through the buckle. I was going to have it as an option but it didn't perform as well as I had hoped. The Ti Cinch buckle seems to really like the Kevlar much better and is a better option.

The thickness of the webbing is important. There are a lot of different webbing thicknesses out there. I decided to design and offer it on the Camo webbing only so it will perform at its optimum. At this time I am only going to offer it on the webbing it was designed around and works best with.

No there is a sewn loop on one end and then the other is rolled and sewn so they can't slip off. I did that for you because I knew you would lose it.
