Sounds like a plan, but, I'll have to check and see if the wife has made plans. LOL
Wish I could. There is a slim chance but not holding my breath. If I don't see anyone have fun and hope to see some of you in May.

Chard: I'm using a KNI-CO packer. Should provide ample heat in the smokehouse.I'm bringing some seasoned locust and cherry wood for the stove. Nice high btu rating!
