Dutchware Tarp Rigging, CRL's, & WB Edge -- Help!?

    Hey all,

I'm finally getting to the point where I see the wonderful benefit of Dutchware... Now to decide what is the best set up. I recently ordered a Warbonnet Edge and I'm trying to figure out the best way to rig it. I wasn't expecting the anchor points on the tarp that connects to the tree to be small slip rings. Anyone who has used Dutchware with an Edge please let me know what your set up is.

    Here is my original plan:

-15' section of Zing-It spliced to the front hole of a Stingerz which is then biner-clipped to each slip ring (ridgeline is two separate parts)
-Each of the 4 tie outs: 6' section of Zing-It with a locked brummel splice 2" loop (DIY) for the stake & a tarpworm w/ shock cord loop larks headed to the plastic D-ring on the 4 tarp corners.

    -I'll order 2 stingerz & 4 tarpworms w/ shockcord loops

Is that a good plan? Or should I go for the continuous ridge line? If so I would just swap out one of the stingerz for a dutch hook?

Any help is appreciated. FYI I'm planning to make it on my own rather than buy the pre-made deals. I like learning how so I'm really just looking at what hardware I need.

It took me a bit of playing around to find what I like the best. Currently my "favorite" is 30' continuous ridge-line with a dutch hook and a wasp, on the 4 corners is a zing it with Tarp Worms on a shock cord leash. The doors are shock cord and mitten hooks. Here is a video showing a few other options I have tried out. I hope this helps.

It is very personal. I have the stingerz with lash it lines much like you mentioned ony Superfly, same for my HG tarp. I also think Brandon recommends the two lines over a CRL for his tarps.

30' continuous ridge-line with a dutch hook and a wasp,
Ditto on the 30ft continuous ridge line with a wasp but I use a Dutch Ti Binner or Micro Binner instead of the Dutch Hook. I found that the Dutch Hook starts to tear the Zing It or Lash it when I remove it. Nothing major but after several uses the wear is noticeable.

Using the exact same setup. Partially because of that video! Thanks!

CRL with wasp/hook and a set of tarp worms has been awesome for this newbie.

On my Super fly I use the stingerz's on each end of tarp RL with Zing-it
On the tie outs I am using the Tarpworms with shock cord and Lawson glow wire.
It is a personal choice and there is no real wrong way to do it as long as it works for you and your happy.

I tried a couple of set-ups. My favorite so far is this: https://www.hammockforums.net/forum/...ding-more-line
