A big thanks to Pan!

I wanted to give a big thanks to Jacks-R-Better for outstanding customer service. I was having difficulty adjusting my UQ to a new hammock. Jack (Pan) invited me to call and work through it over the phone. I called, and he took the time to take me step by step through each adjustment, and resolved my problem. I am once again a happy (and warm) camper.
