Another DIY hammock raffle giving back contest...X2

My daughter asked when she is pulling the next raffle winner and I told her I didn't have a raffle going right now. She did her pouty face and asked why not. So I agreed to do another and right away she asked if I she can pull two this time. Again I agreed...I'm a sucker for the pouty face and she knows it.

So you know the rules by now. Post a description and a material list from my site. Have fun with it. It is for the hammock only and I am afraid I don't have zippers (yet). I have a hiking trip next month and I should be back around the 18th. I will have Alana pull two random winners from a stuff sack on April 19th or 20th if I get delayed. There is no obligation and everyone has an equal chance to win (except mean people). Here is an example...

Description- NylonD 1.0 Coyote Brown double layer hammock with ARGON 67 Saddle Brown top cover and Whoopie hook suspension.

7 yards of Coyote Brown NylonD 1.0
4 yards of Saddle Brown ARGON 67
50 foot of black 7/64th Amsteel
    1 pair of whoopee hooks.
    10 feet of Kevlar Webbing
25 feet of Lash it (for ridgeline)
    1 titanium ridgeline biner
    splicing needles (both sizes)
    Gutterman 767 thread

Remember 2 people will win their material list. Pics or it didn't happen. Alana doesn't like mean people.
    Peace Dutch

man you are going to have a lot of people wanting you to thank you daughter for them, (me included) this is awesome. I entered your last hammock raffle and im going to have to stick with the same design from that one (I know not horribly original but its one of my dream hammocks)

I would have to have a 12Ft Double layer Argon 1.6 in forest green. knotty mods on both ends for a foot and head box. Fronkey style bugnet whoopies and straps with Dutch bling all around.

9Yds Argon 1.6 in Forest green
    Gutterman Argon Green thread
10 Yds noseeum mesh (need to make a ridgeline organizer too)
50 Feet 1/8in Amsteel in green (whoopies and a UCR ridgeline)
    15 feet of Kevlar webbing
2 Dutch clips for the straps
8 feet of 1/8 shock chord
    4 sew on quilt hooks
    2 Dutch buckles
    4 cord locks
    2 feet of 1/2in grosgrain

Wow incredibly generous.. I'm racking out right now but will come back and edit my post tomorrow after putting some thought in.. I like the kiss principle as I've never diyd a hammock before.

    Thanks as always!

    Alright...

8 yards nylond 1.6 in purple.
    75 feet amsteel blue
    30 feet of kevlar
    2 pairs of cinch buckles.

This should allow me to make 2 10 foot hammocks for my kids with whoopies, ridgelines and kevlar huggers.
    Or aternately cinch buckle setups.

Your daughter is making me think a lot. Since I'm about to start on the last project I purposed, I have to come up with a different one for this contest. I'm thinking a bridge hammock is the next thing on the list of things to try. I understand you don't carry everything on this list, but I would be thankful for anything you could provide should I win. Here is my list starting from the tree and working in.

Cinch bugs w/15' webbing and sewn on Dutch Clips
    50' Amsteel in gray
A complete set of your bridge doodads (they're not on the site right now and I can't remember the name, sorry)
2 each of 0.625" x 18" poles with and without inserts and 4 tips
    20' 1/2" webbing
4 yd PolyD 1.4 in gray with a spool of matching thread
    3 yd netting
    25' lash-it for ridge line

I think that's about it. Thanks Dutch's daughter

Dutch, this raffle has a devious side effect. By making me think through a new hammock and making a list, I'll probably end up wanting to make it anyway raffle or not! Jokes aside you are being beyond generous, so here goes a lightweight dream:

Yellow PolyD Corded Bridge Hammock with Argon weather layer and whoopie hook suspension

3 yards PolyD 1.2 in Yellow
3 yards Argon 90 in Victoria Blue
Guttermann thread to match Argon 90
    4 yards Nano Bugnetting
    10ft Kevlar webbing
    2 whoopie hooks
    50 feet Amsteel (blue color)

I've been truly blessed so I can take care of myself, but I'd like to make a hammock for our Charter Organization Rep. This man works night and day to help my Boy Scout Troop and I'd like to return some of the love he gives us. I'm thinking about a double layer NylonD with 15' straps, Zing-it ridgeline, and Ti Cinch Buckles.

4 yards Olive Green 1.6 NylonD
5 Yards Saddle Brown 1.0 NylonD (extra for stuff sack)
    50' black or camo webbing
    25' 7/64 yellow Amsteel
    25' yellow Zing-It
    Sew-on Dutch Clips
    Titanium Cinch Buckles

    My project:

The ultimate tarp guy line package for my Warbonnet Superfly. This would be a truly knot-less system that is universally awesome. Here's how it works. Each guy line (6) is a Dutch Tarpworm affixed to the tarp with the shock cord loop. At the far end of the (8 foot!) length of Lash-it there is a fixed loop that contains a Dutch hook. Now you can use a stake, a tree, just about anything to tie off without using any knots. You can also pitch porch mode down a hill....or run everything low and tight....all using the same system. Perfect.

    List:

    (6) Dutch Tarpworm with 8 feet of Lash-it
Fixed loop into the end of each segment of Lash-it with....
    (6) Dutch hooks spliced into the loop mentioned above.
