FYI...you may still sign up even though I had asked for a final head count by today. With the numbers we have so far, and with the amount of Pig I needed to order...there should be plenty if more do sign up!

Anyone that has a hammock stand and is willing and able to bring it...please consider doing that. You wouldn't need to hang in it, but if we run out of trees...
We might not need any, but I would rather...Have them and not need them, than need them and not have them. Does anyone else hear their mother's voice in that bit of advice!!

Also, because Syb isn't able to attend, I will need a Hot Dog cooker for supper. MomMeck offered, but Syb was the cook...is that offer still available!?!

A reminder for anyone interested...
There will be a History Walking Tour: Andre Weltman, president of the Friends of the state park and a local history buff, will lead a walking tour of the furnace area (looping around the stone stack, Ironmaster’s Mansion, and AT Museum/gristmill). The main part of the tour typically takes one hour or possibly a little longer depending on group size & level of interest. Afterwards, participants wearing long pants and good footwear can optionally join the guide for a special look at an old iron quarry adjoining Fuller Lake.
Meet at 2:30 PM in front of the park’s big stone furnace stack on Quarry Road (from the group campground, a 5 minute walk north along Bendersville Road).
