After reading some discussions in the CJH forum I opted to go with a 20° FL Zeppelin and a 40° Flight Jacket; both with overstuff for my Clark. The Clark's weathershield does add warmth. To be honest I haven't taken it below 40° but that's been with the weathershield zipped partially open.

20 degree full length Zepplin UQ and 40 degree Flight Jacket....
Merino long Johns and thick wool socks, long sleeve sweatshirt, and sweatpants...I was good down to about 6 degrees. 20 degree bottom and 40 degree top is a nice combo.
