Howdy all! I'm new to hanging. actually I haven't even received my hammock yet(Grand Trunk Double).

I'll be using my hammock for kayaking trips, and hiking. Hopefully my hanging time will be as comfortable as everyone says, I just need to get an UQ within my budget, hopefully second hand.

Saving up for a US road trip that will include some of my favorite national parks in the world!

Australian people, where do you shop online for all your hammock needs? Shipping seems to be very expensive from most online stores

Hi Karen,

I have an online shop which caters for hangers - Tier Gear. I am based in Tasmania. There is not too many others down here apart from the bigger stores supplying Hennessy and the parachute hammocks.
